Year 2 TC Post- CSTP Self-Assessment

Year 2 Teacher Candidates are to complete the Post-CSTP Self-Assessment as part of their requirements for the Induction Program.  Use the link below.

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/3F339C3

The survey will identify the extent that exiting second year teachers have grown over their Induction experience. To make this authentic and save everyone time, you want to simply have your teacher candidates and support provider spend 10 minutes examining together with the Continuum of Teaching Practice booklet around which they have assessed their level of skill throughout these last two years. The process should be simple:
  • For each Element, they will examine the level at which the participating teacher placed themselves when they first marked that Element, and
  • Where the participating teacher placed themselves when that last (most recently) placed themselves.
  • Then they will simply replicate those levels on the online form.
  • Once they have submitted it, they can mark this activity as complete on the Year-End Check.
